a little advise on feeding please.

i am looking for some tips on what types of vegetables to feed fish. Some of the fish are platys, cherry barbs, mollies, and columbian tetras also corys.
I read that many types of fish like vegetables for food and some stay more healthy if vegs are a part of there diet. Also how to go about feeding them the vegs, are they to be floated in the tank or perhaps need to by attached to something to sink them?

Thanks ..

Peas (frozen), leaf lettuce (not iceberg), zucchini, cucumber are all good...

Frozen peas are good. Just make sure you peel the skin off of them and just put them in.
Cucumber: Good for bottoms feeders like plecos. Just slice a piece of cucumber and get an anchor for it anything you have in mine should work just make sure it stays to the bottom of the tank. All other tank mates should nibble on it also. You can also go with zuchinni as said before. There are many different things..
