blood parrot chichlid laying eggs
so i spent the night at my girlfriends last night and when i woke up i went over to look at her 30 tall tank with 1 female( we know now) blood parrot chichlid and i saw on the gravel little eggs. im very confused about this because there is only 1 fish in the tank. there was a few weeks ago a second blood parrot but it died because of poor water quality. im wondering how this may have happend. im thinking some how the other fish may have fertilized unborn eggs and she is just now laying them or maybe its just a time of the month thing, something like that? any idea what might have caused this please tell me? for all i know maybe they are jesus fish.
