Um, I wouldnt because that is a lot of fish in a small aquarium, one oscar needs 55 gals to themself. Also they dont eat the rotting old food, just stuff that happens to hit the bottom. But if you dont overfeed this wouldnt be a problem. Also you will need to provide them a staple diet as well. They will not last long living off scraps.

Agree, sounds like a well stocked tank. If uneaten food is the problem, feed less. The common pleco is pretty good about eating anything that would land at the bottom of the tank. There are no bottom feeders that will eat fish poop, so gravel cleanings will be needed.
