Hello, Fellow Fish-Keepers!
Hi! I've had a 30 gallon tank up and running for almost 2 years. I started w/ black-skirt tetras (who didn't make it very long), zebra danios, and long-finned blue danios. They were pretty easy except when I introduced an ich-infested algae eater ( YES, I inspected him and the tank from which he came....no visible signs!) So, when I restocked, I found the platy family. I love them! Not long after putting them in the tank, I discovered that not all fish lay eggs! Livebearers are fun! I now have 3 zebra danios (2 of my originals), 1 long-finned gold danio, 4 sunburst platys, 1 marble molly (I did have three, but I think that two of them were female and "with fish" when I added them to the tank - I found TONS of babies soon after introducing them and the females died.) I have at least one fry swimming around - from the molly family - the others became lunch....
I'm looking to add to my tank....any suggestions? my kids want to add frogs... :?:
