inverts and convicts?

are crabs and lobsters compatible with convicts or is it best to keep them seperate?

i was thinking about getting a blue lobster or some type of crab to share the tank with my convicts.

Just to let you Know the first time they get a chance to kill a fish they will.

so would it be better to not add them to the tank?

I have a red claw crab in my C/SA American cichlid tank. Every fish has tried to eat the crab. Every fish has had a pinch on the snout. They have all learnt the crabs not for eating now so there are no problems.

My crab hangs out in the filter of my tank most of the time anyway, which isn't a point of complaint. He's just a part of my biological filtration . He eats all the crap and craps out far less crap than he eats.
