Your tank is really lovely Keven. I love the way you have it planted - it gives it a really deep and natural effect.
What fish have you got in there exactly?

I love it...and in fact I am working on an Amazon Tank right now.
I likeit alot!
great tank mate, but can i say you cant really call it a biotope. i can see atleast 3 plants in there that do not come from the amazon. a biotope is a recreation of a section of nature where animals and plants are from that area. anubias are from africa, java ferns and jave moss from asia. then you have the fish to consider too. a nice amazon type biotope would have few plants and some bogwood, fallen branches etc and dead leaves. fish would consist of a nice shoal of tetras for midwater, perhaps some hatchet fish for upperwater and some bottom dwelling catfish IE cories or L numbers, and maybe a pair or trio os apistogramma. goodlooking tank nontheless.
