55 Gallon Evolution...
Here we go...
What can you do with a 55 gallon tank, stand, and hood bought off Craigslist for 60 bucks?

Your input is greatly appreciated and thanks for looking.
its a beautiful tank...good job with the aquascaping....wish i was that creative....you got a good deal on that one!!! what kind of fish are in it....i could only see a couple blurrs lol
I love the 2 different color gravels I would never thought to do that. It is a very nice tank.
Thank you for your kind responses. I thought the black gravel would help contrast the colors of the fish but I do like the natural look of the other gravel also. So I just thought to divide the two areas with rock and it worked out great. As far as the fish population it is a community tank:
9 Gold Barbs
1 Tiger Barb
1 Green Barb
6 Serpae Tetras
3 Julii Corys
1 Bloodfin Tetra
1 Rainbow Shark
1 Large Pleco
1 Harelquin Rasbora
2 Blue Rams
Here is a little better picture of some fish. Hard to get those little guys to sit still for a photo:lol:
I'll get some close ups and post later.
i am gonna get some rams. did u order them online or from a pet store. i would like to get 2 males so they wont breed, is this dangerous cause they are territorial and will fight?
Your tank looks great! Job well done!
Those are Blue Rams. They won't get much bigger and are very peaceful. THe get along quite well with the other fish. They were the last two at the fish store. Very fun watching their dorsal fins pop up when they're feeling frisky. I know many people will recommend them highly.
Awesome tank! $60 is a steal. I wish I could have something like that. Again very nice.
