Strange White Fungus?

Hello, my tank has been running smoothly as of recently. Here are some facts about it.

Been running for 3 months

Nitrates: 0
Nitrits: 0
Ammonia: 1
pH: 7.5
Temperature: 21 C

2 Mollies
3 Guppies
1 Gourami
2 Serpae Tetras

Now, my Black Mollie (Female) has started to grow white blotches all over her body (Sorry, pictures are unavailable). They look like they're growing off of her body, as in they aren't flat on her scales. It looks like a white fungus or mould.

I've also recently lost 3 fish (1 Guppy and 2 Swordtails), although my tank had been running without casualty for 1.5 months.

If you have ANY idea what this might be, or how to help it. I would be so very grateful.

Ammonia and nitrites must be zero in your aquarium. This is achieved by changing out 20 to 25 percent of the water each week with fresh water that has been treated with dechlorinator and isn't too warm or too cold.
You can also reduce feedings both in quanity and frequency. There is no safe level of ammonia in the aquarium. The ammonia reading you posted is lethal.
