Should I Get This Tank?

I currently have a 5 Gal tank. Its brand is aqua one im very happy with it.

This tank here is 3ft very big change but its also that its a sponge filter. Id really rather not have to clean it every few weeks or so scrubing of the algae, changing the sponge .where all i need to do is take out the filter and wash it under the tap and put it back in. And regular water changes of 25%

Will this tank maintenance be the same as my 5 gal?

I would say not to rinse the sponge with tap water. the chlorine in the water kills the stuff needed for biological filtration. Perhaps when you take water from the tank for water change scrub the sponge in the water taken out so you don't kill the necessary bacteria...

it is sort of off topic...and i am new to this whole thing...and you probably already know about it...but i just wanted to mention that...
