hole in the head disease

My fish has hole in the head disease. I have tried antibiotics and feeding him more nutrition. It seems every time he gets better, the next week he gets worse. I have done every that the books have said...make sure water chem. levels are at specs, fed him live fish, gave him anti-biotics, changed his diets...he just gets worse and now won't eat except every once in awhile...any suggestions?

How do you know it is HITH ? What sysptoms and type of fish is it ? Oh and hello. :D

HITH disease is exactly what it says which is there are trully holes in the head of your fish. they seem like nothing at first but after awhile the holes become like big chunks out of the head.
