Hey all, ive been gone a while. so hello again. i just set up my 30 gal again but with a diff approach.
i went and got 2 male and 2 female "rosy barbs" as the lady told me. now i know my fish, but when it comes to barbs i am clueless. HELP?! any info would help alot. :-D
what would you like to know?......I keep some tiger barbs :)
They will work just fine in your 30g but they do prefer cooler waters. 74-76 degrees Fahrenheit is a good temperature bracket. Make your tank heavily planted. In a few months, they will proliferate easily assuming most of the eggs and fry can survive cannibalism by their parents.
