so i saw a video of these guys on you tube and i absolutely love the look that they have!!! question is i have africans x2 johannis x2 yellow labs i have a 55 with plenty of plants and rocks with sand bottom. the water they prefer is simmilar to the africans so i was wondering if i am able to throw in like 1-2 dp's with the africans? Money
No, dwarf puffers are way to small to be with those fish.
You could set up a 10 gal tank to house two of them.
dwarf puffers would probably atack or kill your cichlids they should only go in a species tank im pretty sure unless its a really large tank probably 75 to 100 gallons. this site tells you pretty much everything you need to know about them Dwarf Puffers : Home
No, you'll kill em!
i really want some puffers but my dad just game me a spread sheet and aparently iv spent close to 600 dollars on my 50g tank
dwarfs really need a species tank with like a few corys and otos and shrimp tops. community fish will get nipped, large ciclids will eat them and get there insides damaged in the process. puffers and "in between" types of fish.
