Fungus 911!

I need help anybody please! I noticed today that one of my guppys had a milky colord tiny patch on her scales right by her dorsal fin. And then when I got home, I noticed the same stuff on another guppy right around his eye. So i talked to the pet store, I the guy told me it sounded like fungus. So i bought API Pimafix. I took out my charcoal, as directed. And put the first dose in tonight. When I went over to the tank just a little bit ago...my pleco was acting super strange. He was sortof proping himself up high, and breathing hard. He is now more relaxed looking, but Im worried about him. It says on the bottle that it is safe for delicate fish both freshwater and salt. And the pet store guy said the same. What do you think is wrong??!!

ammonia is 0 Nitrites are 0 and Nitrates are below 20ppm. No other fish seem to be affected. He seems to be acting normal now, but just worry bout him cause it was really strange. Have you had to use Pimafix before?

i've not used that particular brand,i use melafix.
i used it for an Angel fish, sadly he didn't make it,but then i think his injurys were
to much, and the stress of being kept apart from the other fish was too much.
i've used it on gupys and they were ok.

Ive never used it either. All the fish seem to be doing ok. I just hate having to put medications in the tank. But I notice the milky stuff is dissapearing off the infected fish, so i guess it is doing what it is supposed to.

once you've finished medicating,do a nice water change,and hopefully
all will be back to normal.
