I couldn't see any list of ingredients on the one site I checked (not being familiar with this product) but pond plants and aquarium plants require some different things from each other.
For indoor aquarium plants there are a few good lines of products. I have great success with Seachem's Flourish series. I only use the Flourish Comprehensive Plant Supplement since it provides all the necessary macro-nutrients and micro-nutrients that plants require, and in the correct balance. With a CO2 system you will definitely need a good fertilizer, and Flourish Comprehensive is one of the best.
Because plants need so many different nutrients, and these must be in balance, it is very difficult to try dosing individual nutrients like iron, potassium, manganese, zinc, etc. The Comprehensive supplement solves that problem. The amount you need will depend upon the type of plants and how the plants respond to your light and CO2. All of this must also be balanced, or algae will take over in no time (at best) or the plants will not thrive (at worst).
