My Jack Dempsey Tank
 

I know it's a bit small, but I'm working my arse off towards the 8 footer. Should be just a couple of weeks with any luck.

He's about 6 inches, same as his brother (which is in another tank, for obvious reasons).

In there with a couple of 2 inch Texans and a 1.5 inch Firemouth (bloody brilliant Firemouth too, if this fish gets killed I'm taking my own life! :lol:) .
All very happy by the seems of it, bar the usual cichlid chasing (not a single fish targeted, so all's well).

And his brother. Fin damage is permanent from scraps in the past. Which is a shame, because the colouring is superb.
Colder lighting in this tank, which brings out the blues more, but the tank in general looks a lot less welcoming.

Very pretty boy. The last pic. really shows that electric blue color nicely. Can't wait to see the big tank :)
