What to add to this to balance it
 

Currently swimming around in my 55 gallon aquarium

Rainbow shark
Blue gourami
Dwarf Gourami
Oto Catfish
2x Australian rainbows
gold barb- just got because was with other fish attacking it at LFS
Texas cichlid -Dont know if its blue texas or standard or what can u help me identify it?.....at the lfs it just said texas but i think its a blue texas

So i was wondering what could i get to help balance out the levels in the tank top middle bottom and what i should get more of etc. or any other suggestions? http://www.fishforums.net/style_emot...ault/smile.gif thankss
