Hey all. I really love the look of this fish and I read they are great tankmates for corys. Has anyone had experience with these guys? I also read they are quite difficult to breed,so I hope that holds true lol. Also,I cant find anything on it,would they go after cory fry? My corys periodically spawn and usually one survives from each time. I wouldnt want a fish that would eat my baby corys lol. Thanks!

Thier great little fish that will do well with your cories...........Get at least 6............I never tried to breed them, but i doubt in a community tank their gonna produce any eggs that survive..........As far as eating your cory fry, its the usual rule of, if it can fit in their mouth, they might just eat it..........

Ah lol. Well the cories seem to eat most of their own fry anyways lol. Id just like a few to survive though. They are adorable! I think I am good with 8 pandas . Number 8 was hatched not long ago,so I guess I will find out if he survives.

How about white cloud minnows? I love them too.

white cloud minnows are actually a coldwater fish and technically shouldnt be housed with tropical fish, but alot of fish keepers still do.........I have never kept them, but they behave themselves and arent known as an aggresive fish.......

Ah okay. I was reading up on them, they seem to be prolific breeders. Eh no thanks lol. I love the look of the harlies. I just moved my Pandas to a new tank,so its going through a mini cycle. Should I wait till it settles or would it go through another mini cycle when adding new fish?
