Satelllite Freshwater LED+ vs Satellite Freshwater LED (Regular model)
I am thinking of buying a new light and was recommend to try the Satellite Freshwater LED+ but noticed there is also a model with out the plus. The main differeance between the plus and regular model seems to be the wireless remote control. I also noted the regular model has a few more LEDs included but uses less power. So my question is what light is better? I was going to buy the 24" light to go over my 36 gallon bow front aquarium which will be planted with plants that need medium light. Any input on the two lights would be great.

Hi and welcome to the forum. If you're using this for a planted tank, I'd suggest the Plus model because it has RGB modules, which are what the plants need to photosynthesize well. The other model appears to only have daylight and blue.
Thanks for the input. I actually called the company and they recommend the plus model also because the light is brighter and would be better for plants.
