Black Skirted Tetra Pregnant?
A few weeks one of my Black Skirted Tetra's belly got really big. I thought she was either really full or bearing eggs. Now I see her with this long white clump coming out. Is this a clump of eggs?
Welcome to the forum
Looks like a worm or something - I would isolate the fish if possible for further observation.
You will need to keep an eye on the remaining fish in your tank to check if any of them also have the same parasite living in them. I wouldn't recommend any treatment without seeing the fish myself and would suggest you seek local advice if you have a good aquatic ooutlet locally where the staff really know fish and are not just shop assisstants to get treatment advice from them.
