she only had her babies 2 weeks ago??? tho she was still preggie, not ready for labour........ her anal area was all red and bloody, looked like her insides comin outside?

i have had this several times on my female guppys, there skin starts white then turns fleshy and eventually she dies :( sorry about your fish lioness

Treatments: i have tried several. Mela fix, EM tablets, fungus guard

but the thing is its a bacterial infection.

ya she might not make it cause it looks like some kind of infection.Sorry.

To properly and effectively treat this we first have to identify it for sure. If it is dropsy, look for protruding scales, like they're all standing up away from the body. This could be parasitic (worms) or bacterial in nature, for which there are different types of medications. What other fish are in the tank?
The more info I know about the tank, the more I can help.
What are the water params for ammonia, nitrite, nitrate, and pH? Temp?

she didnt make it, these r the pics i took after she died :(:( i have several fish, mollies, a shark, rams, guppies, swords, daios, tetas, plecos, goldfish and frog. water params r ok and temp is 25 c. all other fish seem fine, i got some internal parasite meds but i was just too late to save her
