My 10G grow-out tank...
 
This is my 10G Plant Only tank with CO2 and 2 25W CF bulbs. The CO2 is going into the intake of the Whisper 5-15 HOB filter.....

whats the plant with the bright red stem? substrate?

The substrate is Eco Complete...
