Is a 10 gallon enough for a quarantine tank

Is a 10 gallon as a quarantine tank a good tank. Is it big enough for a quarantine tank. Should I put substrate what does this quarantine tank need inside of it. How about plants. Obviously O2 pump is needed and filter and heater. Anything else in it

It should be sufficient enough unless you have fish with a size of 8 inches and over and bulky in mass weight. Keep quarantine tanks barebottom to make maintenance much easier and add PVC pipes, plastic plants or broken pottery for refuge. Operate it with a heater and a sponge filter only.

Thank you for the information. I will do that. I might purchase a extra one for growing plants too.
