i got myself 2 new fish today and i love them. they r bolivian rams, 1 yellow and black the other white and pink!!! the lfs i got them at said they were cool to go with my other fish and they seem to b all gettin on just great. tho the lfs i usually go to say they are aggressive and shouldnt b kept in a community tank??? im confused...........
there chichlids, which means they could be the nicest fish in the world, or the most destuctive. but dont worry im sure they'll be fine in a community tank, thats what im doing.
Bolivians are very peaceful. The only problems you might run into is aggressiveness between themselves. They won't bother any other fish.
thanks guys :):) they seem ok towards each other. how do u tell the sex of them?
i think (notice the think since im not sure) females have a pinker belly and they their dorsal fin is smooth at the end. But i dont think you can tell unless they are older and close to mating
ahhh ok thanks :):) im not bothered about mating or anythin just wondering!
