Mice

Today I randomly bought a small female mouse and set her up in an old 10 gallon tank that was laying around. I was wondering if anybody has any advice on how to care for it, what to feed it, et cetera. I know a friend in college had rats and gave it a lot of his scraps...I don't think that's okay with a mouse, is it?

And for you snake keepers...don't recommend it to be food, this mouse is a cutey!

we had a mouse for a while. we fed it scraps of our food(they really likes pasta), and a hamster and gerbil food.

Okay cool so if I am eating a burger or something I can throw a small piece in and it wont be any damage?

ha, i dont know about that burger part. but we fed ours left over veggies and pasta. you dont want your new mouse to get a clogged artery by eating a fast food burger....lol :D
