R.I.P to 2 fry :(
 

i put a couple of fry in my 3 gal to c how they would do without a heater. they were doin great and was gonna move some more today. tho wen i looked this mornin i see that the 2 had been sucked in by the filter :(:(:( gutted! i have placed a net round the bottom of it withan elastic band and will try more fry later. im sad as its the first lot of fry i managed to save :(:(

instead of a net you could use an empty filter cartridge and cut it the way you want it then use a rubber band on it. It doesnt have to be filter floss, a simple net like bag would work

its not a normal net, ive made sure its all safe!!! the babies r 2 weeks old so a little bigger now, it is very sad indeed roger :(:(:(

you tried your best but these things happen :( . my babies are swimming around there net looking stronger everyday. you can only try again and fingers crossed it will work good luck lioness :)

well luckily i still have 12 fry left!!!!
