New tank less than a week old, weird algae?

so i decided to dig out my 60gallon tank and set it up in my son's room for him, i have had the tank running for just under a week, it has a undergravel filter with 2 powerheads and a HOT Magnum 250.
we bought some new decor from petsmart and i reused some from a past tank i had. i now have this algae(i think?) i took lots of photos let me know what you think it is!

Is it just on that one ornament? Is it one of the ones you had before?

No fish in the tank? Or, if there are fish then what you're seeing is probably a bacterial bloom as the nitrogen cycle gets settled.

IMO, it's BBA (black brush algae) the one pic looks a little white and could be a fungal colony. But another picture appears to show the same shot but with a darker color. If it is fungal, I have had that happen in every tank I start and it usually disappears after a while. You could treat with anti fungal especially if there are no fish in the tank, otherwise be cautious and patient. Algae is fine and adds oxygen an food source to the tank. If you don't like the look a stiff toothbrush is my preferred removal method.
