Moby, Velvet, Summers and Julian

Here are my recent pets, Julian and Summers.:-D

Julian pulling a cute face at the back of Satine and that was not a planned shot.

Dashing to the back to evade further shots.

Summers

Moby appears for the first time with Velvet at the right side already turning chocolate (see previous posts here where she used to be black). He is the red/white oranda.

At this rate, Velvet will eventually turn orange.http://www.websmileys.com/sm/cartoon/177.gif

Crossing my fingers to get some panda moors and black ranchus.

Thanks, Willow. I guess there aren't many people here who like goldies.:?

Nice pics and pretty goldfish!

i don't know why they wouldn't however i guess each to their own.
i would love to have some again one day,but to house them properly i don't think
i would be able to have them, unless i get to build a pond.

Awesome pics. Goldies were my first choice to put in my tank but heard they were hight mainenance when it comes to cleaning.

Being a newbie, I thought I'd go the tetra community route first (wimp).

Aww...They do need an increased filtration capacity and the poo cleaned up. I'd do 15g per fish for fancies and 20g for pond types such as shubunkins, comets and common goldfish. They're not really high maintenance. You just need a powerful filtration system and water changes to cope with the added wastes.

I love goldfish and I used to have a pretty little kio, then I ran out of room so I gave him to my friends pond

Lupin 07-13-2009 04:20 AM

You could always try the fancies and get a 55g, Vegan.

I think your fish are striking. I guess when I was younger,I never kept them due to lack of space for them to do well into adulthood. Hmm, They almost appear to have human like expressions.
