It's growing nicely.What kind of lighting,WPG,CO2,ferts,and tank size is it?
Are you planning on keeping fish in it?

wt water level u kept in the start ?

if you see the videos, my 1st 1 actually, the initial water level is just on the surface of the substrate....if u wan to grow them emersed, most important the substrate must be moist....but funny thing is, the glosso grow upwards in emersed form....however that was not what I wanted to acheived, so after one week emersed I fill up the tank untill the plants are fully covered, and the standing glossos now start to bow...lol, interesting plant.
