Hi, i've been away for quite some tim and since changed residence. To prepare the tank for the move i used the vac for three days to be sure the gravel was prestine then the day of the move we lowered the water level to 6", two very strong men moved the tank onto the floor of the moving truck and we were off to our new home when we arrived i siphoned the water from the jugs thta i'd put it in to move it, filled the tank back up and one f gourami died during refilling and thta was my only fish loss.I guess you can leave the fish in ! I'ts been 6 weeks and having been so busy redecorating and repairing our new house i haven't had much time for the tank , so far i have only replenished evaporated water so i've set aside tomarrow morning to maintain my tank. Thank goodness it is a sound established tank or it would be disastrous. I think i'll vac a bit tomight and fill a bit so as to not shock any of the fish.Just a hi i'll be logging on more often, by for now.
