Snails, worms?

I am finding little black worm looking things in and around my 30 gallon aquarium today. I have vaguely heard something about snails in aquariums. So I'm wondering if these are baby snails or ..?

What should I do? Will they hurt my fish?

Can you take a picture of one?
Planeria is a commonly seen aquarium worm. You can google planeria and see if that is what you have.
They will not hurt your fish. Keep the tank extra clean with water changes and gravel cleanings. If the worms do not have a food source, they should not become a problem.
