Help with fish selection.....
Back from my honeymoon and i'm ready to add some new fish to my tank which has only has my 5 Corries and 3 Black skirt tetras. I let those fish acclumate themselves from my 20G with the filter for about 3 weeks now......Eventually I would like to end up with a community tank with a couple different groups of schooling fish. I know it's a personal preference and all, but nothing like some fresh ideas....
It's a 55 gallon tank with two(2) Penguin 350 filters....
I'm open to all and any ideas, Im headin to the store tonight, so hopefully I'll get some quick responses
a shoal of some kind of Rainbowfish would work for your tank, also you could check out some type of rasbora......Both are good community fish and are easy to take care...........Congrats on getting hitched Johnny!
Congrats! Where did you honeymoon??
How about some rummy nose tetras?
just got back from the fish store....for a start I got 6 blood fin tetras and 6 diamond tetras....both ook great right now!! soooo good to finally have everything set-up
Kymmie - we went to Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic for 9 days.....it was just awesome!
OH!!!!! Punta Cana is awesome! Congratulations!!
I have Bloodfin Tetras and I suggest to get some beautiful guppies, people say that the bloodfin tetras are notorious fin nippers, I havent had any problems and they r pretty close to eachother in my small 20 gallon tank, so I suggest guppies. And by the way I am also upgrading to a 55 gallon :-)
I AM SOOOOOO EXCITED!!
By the way, is that your puppy on your profile picture, if it is, it is SO cute!
yeah thats my new black lab
You will have to post some honeymoon and wedding pictures pictures for us to look at!
Black labs are great dogs, mine is almost 2 yrs old now and still just one giant puppy.
