Few pics from my reef Here are a few pics form my 55g. Top is a male lyretail anthias, bottom is my boy....a velvet multicolor wrase. Was a WYSIWYG piece from LiveAquari. Anthias was just purchased in New Orleans on Friday. I hope he colors up more soon. http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d5...14-2006005.jpg Lyretail anthias http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d5...14-2006012.jpg Hammer I had also gotten from New Orleans on Friday. http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d5...14-2006003.jpg http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d5...14-2006002.jpg http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d5...14-2006056.jpg http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d5...14-2006059.jpg |
Wrasse & anthias again, a little blurry but still a cool pose. http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d5...14-2006038.jpg Pumping xenia, gets a lot of attention from visitors. http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d5...14-2006067.jpg Emerald Crab, yellow polyps in background. http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d5...14-2006083.jpg Tomato clown hosting with a candy cane coral colony. Brain that is messed up & a frag of green star polyps. http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d5...14-2006018.jpg http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d5...14-2006050.jpg http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d5...14-2006019.jpg http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d5...14-2006073.jpg |
Some decent looking zoas from a frag pack. http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d5...-3-2006002.jpg Keyan Tree coral, along with a red mushroom & a few neon green mushrooms. http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d5...14-2006053.jpg Sacrophyton leather. http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d5...-6-2006016.jpg GSPs I had fragged & attached to a Mag-Float. So far doing good & have started spreading. I even use it every couple of days. http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d5...14-2006068.jpg Finally I'll show off the colors on my wrasse  :P Though he wasn't cheap he was well worth it. He has become more like a dog to me. One fish I would recommend is one of him(Cirrhilabrus luteovittatus). http://i33.photobucket.com/albums/d5...14-2006065.jpg Every since getting the anthias the clown & wrasse stay out much more. Which I read is common once an anthias is in the tank as they are so active. I hope ya'll enjoyed the pics, any questions please ask. |
Very nice photos. :) |
Very nice!! :D |
Thanks for the comments. |
Nice, but for that male he might not brighten up any more then that. I have one and he is dull looking. |
Oh darn..I wish I still own the marine but..:dunno: I miss the Tomato Clown already.:sob: Nice tank, Dustin. |
Nice tank You should fill it with zoas. (i love zoas) Show pics when upgrading! |
Thanks for the compliments. USMC he was a good bit pinker in the store. Hopefully soon he'll just get a little colored up more. They have lyretails from a different area that aren't pink, but stay yellowish like him. Brandon I love zoos also. I have 4 small colonies in there right now. I just can't find any nice looking ones in town & have only odered off the internet 2 times. |
