Molly Breeding Age
Hi! I was wondering if any one know the molly breeding age. I have 4 dalmatian molly fry(2m,2f). They are about 2 to 3 months old. I read on a site that it is 3 months, it that true? Please respond quickly I donot want to be over run with babies.

That age seems very young to me. I have lots of them that are over 4 months old and are over an inch long and heavy but are still hard to sex, much less reproducing.

ok thanks, because the four I have I can easly tell which are male or female. I only asked because they chase each other around like they are mating

If they are easily sexed, they are capable of breeding.
