Overdue pics of my setup! *heavy*
OK, I finally got on top of it.
Due to a few deaths, I now have 5 hermies in there:
Kiwii - my favourite, glad she still alive!
Whitebait - Somehow looking bigger in his new shell, I preferred his old one!
Tank - Gah, this guy still fighting, at lease he doesn't dig his claw into me now.... (About time)
Barri - My big boy/sweetheart! Such a gentle giant - aka chicken! :P
UMO - Digging somewhere, enjoying life!

There was a massive flooding in my tank, and 2 crabs died from it. All the rest (6 at the time) was put into a tote due to me resilioning everything in. They where is the tote for a week - just to make sure the silicone was set/sub was dried! During the ordeal in the tote, one of my lil gals - the newest one, passed on due to PPS... They when back into the old tank of Thursday 6:00, aus time - began working on it straight after school, great homework! :)

So without further ado...
What it looked like before:
And NOW - I like the setup/you can see Barri at the front, enjoying the space, due to the tote being half the size of the tank. The tank looks really cluttered, but it is open space onder the second level and dune area:
Water pool side:
Second story side:
As you can probably tell the second level looks a bit weird... Well I broke the other one due to me standing on it, so I had to think of another way, so using a tote lid seemed to best choice, and it seems to be holding up quite well! :) I also went for the Kuza flat sand look, I think it I did ok, if Kuza sees this, how much do you rate it? :)
So close ups of the areas in the tan, first the second level! there is a shell shop, cuttle fish shop, moss pit, hidey-hole, food dish and space to exercise the legs, as Barri demonstrates in the first pic! :P
Beach area:
Cliff face/under second level:

And now pics of the CRABS!
Kiwii - photo shy when I was taking pics for some reason!:
Bad photo of Barri and White bait:
Tank was too busy hiding and Umo is digging - he my lil digger! :)
Pill Bug Hide-out:
Lowest depth of sub:
Thats it, if you still here, tanks! :P

Thanks guys for your replys!!!! It touched me alot! :-)
My setup is going great, most of the crabs are under... Yes, now Sandii and Candii are in there, they (along with Wikii) are the only ones up.... i haven't made any changes due half of my hermies under, but I did add a new plastic plant to my fresh water pool, all the snails are liking it!
haha, it is too fun - hermies destroyed it.. Oh well, they like it, that all that matters!

Chesh 11-17-2013 04:24 PM

Thanks for the update! Glad to hear things are going good - what kind of snails are living there?

aussieJJDude 11-20-2013 04:40 AM

SO far it just MTS and Bladder Snails :-) THey love all the grub in there and breed like rabbits - the clown loach like the arrangement to! haha

willow 11-20-2013 01:11 PM

ooooooo any pictures of the loaches huh huh c'mon pweeeeeeeeeze:lol:

aussieJJDude 11-21-2013 03:30 AM

haha, I see! My clown loach is camera shy plus my fish tank look horrible - i soo embarrassed of it! Thats why the crabitat is my pride and joy - besides that everything in my tank I bought with my own money besides a few crabs!!!
