Nemos and goldfish!

It seems foolish to me to fiddle with nature wonders. Sorry but I don't buy that.

I've heard & read that this can be done, in the short term. The big question is "why?". Why would someone want or care to do this?

It is not optical illusion game. The mix is done. This is not right, simple as that.

It's kinda interesting that someone has figured out a way to do this, although I don't know enough about it to know whether it's just a gimmick that'll hurt the fish long term or actually something that works well and effectively.
However (and I realise I risk sounding a bit of an old fogie here,) assuming that it works as presumably intended and all the fish can live long and happy lives, I'm still not sure it would be for me. I've always liked setups that mimic a natural environment quite closely, matching fish to decor and tankmates. So, whilst it's an impressive achievement it seems a little pointless, other than the "ooh look at that" factor... Still each to their own, I've seen tanks that I think are really tacky but their owners have cherished, and I'm certain that some folk would look at mine and think "nah, not for me."
