combining two tanks into one?

hello everyone,

i'm looking for some advice.

i currently have 2 tanks:

20 gallon with 6 lemon tetras, 6 red phantom tetras, 6 cardinal tetras. the filter on this tank is a crappy penguin biowheel 150.

40 gallon with 6 rhombo barbs and 4 schwartz's cories. the filter on this tank is a XP2.

i'd like to tear down the 20 gallon and combine the fish into one tank.

is that doable? thoughts, opinions?

thank you in advance for your wisdom. :-P

I dont see why not, rhombos are peaceful, even with gups.

I had lemons they are VERY peaceful fish, not one nip ever.

I think red phantoms are serpaes, they caused hell in my tank, I had to evict em to a serpae tank. However they got along fine with my lemons and bloodfin tetras. even my neons.
