my fish are bullieing my frog

i have an african dwarf frog that is being bullied by all my other fish save my Plecos. when the frog swims/floates to the top they bite its feet expecaly when it trys to eat. is this normal behavor for live bearers or is this unusal. how do i stop this behavor because i really like all my fish and don't want to get rid of any of them
