 My nephew asked to stay the night at our place. Its funny but he is the only one in the family who actually dislike pets. The aquarium that houses our pet oscar is actually parrallel to and runs the length of my son's bed. Can you believe that our Oscar jumped out of the tank and landed next to my nephew on the bed. he screamed, my son only half awake put our Oscar back in his tank and fell asleep straight away...my nephew hardly dozed off he was so scared of it happening again. Now whenever he comes to our house he avoid the tank area. Please add your stories...

My sister has a 10 gallon salt tank and one time a fish dissapeared. Its was gone for months so she assumed it had died. But one day she found it in the filter house, healthy as can be. It had been living in there for months, eating whatever got through the filters. Amazing isn't it?

I used to have a couple of fish which, every day when I got home would be on the floor. So I would put them back in and they would be fine, until the next day. They loved to jump out of the tank. I also found one of them in the filter. Amazing how they lasted so long (tho they eventual died, i think....i dont really remember).

My boyfriend had a catfish that committed suicide. The fish went from the bottom of the tank, straight to the top at a very high speed, hit its head on the glass lid, and passed out. A day or so later it died. :o
