hi guys...just wanted to say sorry i've been away for so long (for those of you who care) my knee is doing better...i actually went to the gym this morning and did some light cardio, and it seems to be feeling fine, so hopefully i can get back on my game soon. =) i've really missed everyone and hope that ya'll all had a wonderful time over the holidays filled with friends, family, and lotsa love!
