I believe so... Sounds way overcrowded... I have 60% less fish in my 40gallon tank... But then again my tank went into re-cycle mode :/

Btw... I believe for tropical fish tanks the rule on thumb is 1 gallon of water per 1inch fish.. So of u got a neon tetra that said to grow max 2-3inch u looking at 9 max per tank... Total fish I mean. For the stock u have right now I think u need a 50 gallon tank but let see what others advice.

Thanks your probably right cause I have already had to return 3 guppies and a neon tetra so now it's 4 neon tetras I also might give the glow fish away it picks on my guppies and 2 are pregnant so they won't stress.
