How much flow in a 5.5

I'm in the process of setting up a nano 5.5 gallon and and would like to know how much flow will it need. I love the idea of the Hydor koralina powerheads, but the smallest one pumps 260 GPH. I'm thinking thats a little too extreme? I want to keep softies as well as a few easy SPS corals. I might possibly want a firefish too if its not too much bioload. If that is too much turn over what else could I get?

That may be a bit too much bio-load.

As for the flow, i use a RIO50 and have more then enough flow. Probably too much, but you can use it and should be enough.

i wouldnt put any fish in a 5 gal.
if it must be, then 1 clown goby and thats it, just make sure it eats at the store and your tanks well along the way before buying it.

i personally wouldnt do a fish and use a hydor K nano. maybe 3 or 5 sexy shrimp and just jam pack it with coral. what lighting?

I was going to use the 70 watt MH clip on for lighting. I like idea of a shrimp tank without fish. Dont shrimp eat corals? I had a peppermint shrimp before that devoured a rock full of mushrooms.
