Clown Loach Food
What is the best food to give a clown loach? I heard snails maybe but is that when they are bigger. please let me know. thanks
A varied diet is best, IMHO. I feed mine the works: frozen blood worms, beefheart, krill, brine shrimp, fresh cucumber & spinach, Hiakri wafers & pellets, etc. They are omnivores and will eat anything! Give them a nice quality varied diet and they will thrive. :-)
Mine eat everything I have put in there. Snails (that "appeared"), blood worms, sea monkeys, flakes, algae pellets, algae wafers, even blanched asparagus.
..<sigh>.. not to mention most of the leaves on my chameleon plants. ugh...
i find that mine really like shrimp pellets too, just
to add to what everyone else feeds theirs,oh yeah and catfish pellets.
Live insects such as roaches/grasshoppers.
Swordtails love hotdogs :P
Hey you might want to try some zucchini and/or cucumber they go nuts with it!
