I have a guppy acting strange?

I have one guppy that is just hanging out at the top in the same general area. But all my other fish are swimming around like normal. Is there something wrong with that guppy?

Hard to say. Please send me a private message with your water parameters a picture of your fish and tank stats with species. I would guess it is a bullying problem.

i attached a photo of my guppy....not very good pic but its the only camera that i have.
