Is it ok to put fiddler crabs in the same tank as red claw crabs?
fiddler crabs need a place to come out and dry out, meaning some dry land.
what is a red claw crab?
Ya I have the tank half full with a beach on one side and water on the other so they can come in and out as they please. I dont know if it is the right name but they are the ones with two red claws that are big like the fiddler.
From what I remember, Fiddler Crabs are brackish and Red Clawed Crabs are Freshwater. I may be confusing yours with another specie though.
If it is the case, then no.
I have reasearched them a bit and I found out that they are both brakish water but I cant find out anything that tells me if I can put them together.
I've had them together and they did just fine
