Will Pygmy Cories Be Ok In AquaSoil?

I have 9 pygmy cories in my current 20 long tank with sand which is pretty over stocked (ENDLERS EVERYWHERE) and I'd like to move them over to my other 20 long which only has espei rasboras in it.

The substrate is aquasoil, will that be ok for them? I've only ever kept them on play sand.

Also, will they uproot my plants?
Everything in there is newly planted (tank is cycled, i just redecorated) and its terrible to plant things in aquasoil ;____;

As long as Aqua soil isn't shape or rough it should be fine. I have Salt and Pepper Cories in my planted tank and have never seen them dig up plants.

I dont think its rough personally.

What substrate are you using?

I am using a mult purpose sand from Lowest. It made up of gravel (smooth) and sand. Looks really natural. They seem to do fine on it so far.

This isnt the tank they are in but has the same substrate.
