Black Female Molly Turning White?

Hello. I have a female molly that is pregnant and seems to be turning white. It started with her fins turning clear, except for the tips, and then some of her body has turned white. It is not ich. Her right side seems to be worse, and looks like she is about blind on that side. It is not as bad on the left, but visible. I'm wondering if this is happening because she is pregnant? I do water changes regularly, the temperature is at a constant 78, good filtration, she is acting normal, and my other molly is perfectly healthy. I just want to know if this is a disease or if it is normal. I just want to know what is happening! Please help. Also, if it a disease, which one, and what product to use to treat her with?

It could possibly be a fungal infection. Some clear pics would make it easier to diagnose.
