need advice/ help!
 
can a koi angelfish be with a fancy guppy(ies)
the koi is 2-3 inches
the guppy(ies) arent going in with them yet because they are still to small

Depends on the angelfish. If it's established in the tank, it might nip the guppies' fins. Or it might not. Angels are cichlids, and cichlids can have individual personalities. Frankly, I wouldn't do it, but that has as much to do with the opposite water quality preferences of angels and guppies (angels like soft water, guppies like harder water) as the risk of nipping.
