baby guppy diagnosis needed.
 

hey guys, im kinda worried about my baby guppy.for about 3 days now it has had something sort of hanging out of its ...poo hole. its not dangling around like feces would.it looks like egg yolk colour.

if you can help me out it would be apriciated
