Diamond Rainbowfish with swordtails?

Is it possible to safely keep a Diamond Rainbowfish with swordtails and guppies? I am setting up my first freshwater aquarium and I'm not sure if I can keep this kind of fish. I am planning to have the temp. at 75 deegrees (f) and the PH at 7.0.

Assuming by "Diamond Rainbow" you mean the Dwarf Neon Rainbowfish, here is a link to our profile of the species.

It needs a group, 6 or more, as it is a shoaling fish, so keep this in mind. In another thread you mention a 30g tank, and I don't know if that is the same tank or not, but if it is, you won't have room for much else, upper fish anyway. Some substrate fish will be OK.
