Is my goldfish pregnant?
It looks pretty young. I bought it when it was a feeder. And it is only about 1 and a half inches long.
Could it be pregnant at such a young age?
The belly looks big. And i cant picture it eating anything in the tank because we dont feed it. Maybe it could be eating the koi pellets or the plants i have in there.
It may not be pregnant with fish but it may be full of unfertalized eggs. How big is your tank?
I wouldn't say it is full of eggs. At that size, the goldfish is still too young to even have eggs.
What are your water parameters? I would only say it could be full of food, having constipation or swim bladder(if it is swimming upside down at times).
Re: Is my goldfish pregnant?
you feed your feeder fish?
?? your ment to feed all fish, feeder or not... is the feeder to feed other fish or as a comet goldfish?

Its one of those 1 inch feeder fishes they sell for the purpose of feeding other fishes.
oh well you need to say that in the beggining, i thought this fish mattered to you.
